No email is required. Send a request to the Jetfix admin team. Support will verify you using your registered mobile, or your optional registered email, before approving a reset.
After approval, support will send a single-use reset link to the registered contact they verified. The link expires in 30 minutes. Do not send your password or OTP to support.
Forgot your user ID, changed your mobile, or used ChatGPT sign-in? Contact support. Jetfix cannot reset a ChatGPT password.
